At Abode Dance Academy, our mission is to provide an enriching dance education for dancers ages 2 and up. We believe in making every dancer feel at home. We provide a unique dance experience by putting studio level dancers ages 6 and up and company dancers in technique classes together based on their skill level rather than grouping our classes by age. Our philosophy is that dancers with the same skill levels will progress with more consistency. Each child is challenged but not overwhelmed as they work to reach their goals. At Abode we believe in making dance fun, our fresh approach to dance class makes our students excited to come to dance every week.
We offer dance classes, dance company, performance team, and birthday parties. Our dance classes include a range of styles and levels including ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary/lyrical, musical theatre, acro, and aerial silks.
Whether you are looking for a fun, energetic activity for your child, they are a beginner just starting out, or your dancer is wanting to train at a pre-professional level. Abode Dance Academy has a class for them. You’ll find our classes welcoming and encouraging as we aim to teach through positivity and support.

These short-term dance sessions are perfect for dancers looking to try dance and take extra classes without a long-term commitment to the full season.
Fall Session: September 3 – November 22, 2025
Spring Session: January 7 – April 4, 2026
Each session will provide a fun and encouraging environment. Classes will be grouped by age, ensuring that instruction is age-appropriate and engaging. To give dancers a more well-rounded experience, the sessions will alternate each week between Ballet technique and Jazz technique.
Though these sessions do not include participation in the year-end recital, students will perform in a special in-studio showcase at the end of each session. Family and friends are invited on the date of the dancers last session to come and enjoy a performance to see all that they learned.
These sessions are designed for dancers looking to build confidence, explore dance, and experience multiple styles of dance without a long-term commitment.

Our full-season dance classes run from August 2025 through May 2026 and are designed for students seeking a structured, progressive, dance experience. Enrollment in these classes requires a season-long commitment, as students build upon their skills throughout the year.
Dancers who are enrolled in our season dance classes will participate in our end-of-year recital!
This recital is a formal performance where we can celebrate and share all the growth that your dancer has made this year. These season dance classes are ideal for a dance looking for consistency, development, and the opportunity to perform on stage.
Aspire Company is our competition team that competes at both regional and national competitions. Company is for dancers that are ready to make a larger commitment to dance. Being a part of a company will take your dancer’s training to the next level. Our company teams are based off of skill level. Dancers have the opportunity to participate in group dances, solos, duos, and trios in all different styles.Our company teams are for dancers ages 4.5 and up. Dancers must audition for Aspire company.
